Radisson Blu Hotel Dwarka

Address: Plot 4, Centre, Sector 13, Dwarka, New Delhi, Delhi, 110075, India My wife and I stayed at this hotel from July 31, 2023 to August 5, 2023. Perhaps one of the most expensive hotels in Dwarka area. The hotel building is in a unique circular design, featuring a courtyard on the main floor enveloped by the circular structure.

Rooms oriented towards the interior of the circular building, in my view, lack privacy offering views of the ground floor courtyard and other hotel rooms. Initially assigned such a room, we requested a relocation to an exterior room, and the hotel accommodated our request. As no deluxe rooms were available on the outer circle we were upgraded to a suite.

This is the reason for the five stars for service and room. Am posting a photo of the circular hotel building and our upgraded room. Despite the standard provision of bathrobes in five-star establishments, Radisson at this location did not offer them.

I brought this discrepancy to the attention of one of the managers, emphasizing that although the hotel's website mentioned the availability of robes, none were provided. There was a medical student convention going on at the hotel throughout our stay which added to long waits to get elevators which was quite annoying. The food was mediocre.

Our stay did not align with the anticipated standards of a five-star hotel. Reviews for other hotels in India that we have stayed in will be posted soon. The hotels include: 1.
